What Part? act only as a information provider of where customer(s) searching for parts can source their parts from, using our independent part suppliers on our network, therefore, What Part? cannot be held responsible for any error with parts ordered or parts supplied. The customer is solely responsible in checking that all the information we display or communicate on our website is accurate when they contact directly the part supplying company, in relation to, part details, the independent companies own terms and conditions, delivery dates and times, guarantees, and warranties. The customer is solely responsible for keeping appropriate records of all conversation with the supplier be it by phone or email.
Parts ordered are covered by the specific supplier's warranties and What Part? cannot be held responsible for any problems or discrepancies. No refunds will be given by What Part? to any customer for parts incorrectly ordered or any parts supplied incorrectly. The customer is responsible for checking that parts ordered are the correct part, any problems with any ordered part/parts the customer should take the issue up with the supplier.
What Part?, including subsidiaries and affiliates ("Website" or "What Part?" or "we" or "us" or "our") provides the information contained on this website or any of the pages comprising the website ("website") to customers ("customers") (cumulatively referred to as "you", "customers" or "your" hereinafter) subject to the terms and conditions set out in these website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and any other relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices which may be applicable to a specific section or module of this website.

The client, the customer and the supplier shall hold the 'information provider' (What Part?) harmless in and from all claims, liabilities, damages and detriments not arising from the information providers actual negligence or malfeasance. What Part? provides information of where website users can fit their parts by supplying details of 'parts fitting centres', if a supplier offers this service it is entirely the parts purchasers decision and responsibility, What Part? will not get involved in any disputes in the unlikely event of a problem arising with parts fitting centres.
- Contacting the Supplies of the on 070 or 090 number provided
Callers who phone the suppliers contact number supplies on our website or when they have been quoted a price for their part
from our supplies need to be 18 years old or above and have the full permission of the person who pays the bills. This also
applies to any numbers supplied by What Part? to the customer for which they need to ring to verify and request
a LIVE serach for their part(s).
What Part? will not be held responisble implicitly or explicitly for any unauthorised use of your telephone to access our
service as this is out of our control. Any person(s) using the website will not under any circumstances be refunded for a
charge or bill they have received for using any part of our sevices, if they have agreed to abide by our terms and conditions
before submitting their parts inquiry.
Calls to numbers beginning with the prefix 090 will be charged at 75p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from mobiles
may vary.
Calls to numbers beginning with the profix 070 will be charged at 50p per minute from a BT landline. Calls from mobiles
may vary.

No parts must be altered, modified or dismantled in any way without prior permission of the 'part supplier'. Failure to comply with these terms will invalidate your guarantee / warranty.
In the event that a part/parts is/are supplied and prove to be incorrect or faulty upon fitting, the supplying member must be notified within 48 hours.
Refunds are can only made upon the RETURN of the goods to the 'parts suppliers' premises.
All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing belt / cam belt / chain and filled with new oil upon installation. Failure to follow this PROCEDURE will result in the guarantee / warranty being rendered NULL and Void.
Please ensure all gearboxes are filled with new oil upon installation.
Please ensure all goods are checked thoroughly before being signed for as refunds are not always possible for goods that have been damaged whilst in transit. The words unexamined or unchecked ON the delivery note / docket are not acceptable.
All parts purchased are supplied on a part(s) only basis. What Part? and members of its network are unable to accept any responsibility for labour charges incurred in the fitting or removal of parts. Nor do we accept any responsibility for vehicle hire charges or any other consequential loss.
Please note all members of the network are independent from ourselves, therefore we recommend that you make a note of the telephone numbers and names of the company(s) that you approach for quotations for parts.
Finally What Part? are unable to accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any parts purchased via this network, or for any damage or loss that may result from their subsequent use.

All parts purchased or sold must and will comply with the Sale & Supply of Goods
Act 1994 and be of 'satisfactory quality' at the time of sale. After completion
of your registration, 'What Part?' are automatically obliged to map a 0871
number to your landline number, a 070 number to your personal direct line number
of our contact at the company, or a 090 Premium Rate number to your business
landline geographical number, without you being subjected to any costs what so
ever. Companies on the What Part? network will be able to identify that an 090
or 070 number has been mapped to their business landline number, as each call
will be able to be identified with a short whisper message before each call is
answered, stating "This call is from What Part?".
The guidelines for your company on our network to adhere to when an 090 number is mapped to their business landline geographical number:
- Calls are charged at 75p per minute from a BT landline. Other networks and mobiles may vary.
- Services must not be unreasonably prolonged or delayed.
- Important that your company or business on the What Part? network is covered by data protection registration due to payments taken over the phone - further information regarding this can be obtained from the Information Commissioners Office.
- Legality - Services and promotional material must comply with the law. You must not contain anything which is in breach of the law, nor omit anything which the law requires. Your services and promotional material must not facilitate or encourage anything which is in any way unlawful.
